How long will it take to ship?

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days.

Your order will arrive approximately 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may experience longer transit times.

Orders placed after noon PST will be processed the following business day, regardless of shipping method. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your order to ship.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow a little time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking link after it is created.

If your tracking is not progressing, it may be waiting for the next carrier scan. If it has not updated for several business days, email us at info@meagaglow.com with your order number.

What is your refund policy?

We hope you love your Meaga Glow products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We accept returns on new or more than half-used items purchased from www.meagaglow.com within 15 days of purchase. Otherwise, store credit is available.

If you purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy.

Please note: all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on Meagaglow.com are final sale.

How do I place a return?

To return an item, email info@meagaglow.com.

Please include your order number and the email address associated with your order so we can help you faster.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5–8 business days for your refund to process once your items have been received by our team.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Can I make an exchange?

We allow exchanges on some items. Please email info@meagaglow.com for more information.

Can I return part of a set?

We are not able to partially refund or credit a single item from a set or kit.

All kits, gift sets, and duos must be returned with all items in the kit in order to receive a refund or credit.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you need to edit or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@meagaglow.com.

Once an order has started processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Your order confirmation email includes your order details. If you need another copy of your invoice or receipt, email us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
