What makes Balance different from Aura Toner?

They serve different skin goals. Balance is focused on oil control, pore clarification, and breakout prevention — it contains 2% Salicylic Acid and Witch Hazel, making it the right choice for combination, oily, or acne-prone skin. Aura is a brightening hydration mist with Vitamin C, better suited to skin that needs glow and hydration rather than oil control. Some people use both — Aura in the morning, Balance at night.

Will Balance dry out my skin?

No — despite containing Salicylic Acid, Balance is formulated with hydrating and soothing ingredients to prevent over-drying. Aloe Vera, Hyaluronic Acid, and Panthenol all work to keep moisture levels balanced while the clarifying actives do their work. If your skin is very dry, start with evening use only and build from there.

Is Balance safe for sensitive skin?

Yes — the formula includes significant soothing support (Aloe, Allantoin, Green Tea) alongside the clarifying actives. That said, if you have very reactive skin, patch test first and start with every-other-day use before building to daily. For highly sensitive skin types, Aura or Milky Drops may be a gentler first step.

Can I use Balance with other exfoliating products in my routine?

We recommend spacing them out rather than stacking them. If you're using Glycolic Peel Pads or Brighten Cleanser on the same day, that's a lot of exfoliation happening at once. Try alternating — Balance on days you're not using a strong exfoliant, and let your skin recover between active steps.

Does Balance help with blackheads?

Yes — consistently. Salicylic Acid is oil-soluble, meaning it penetrates inside the pore rather than just working on the surface. With regular use it helps dissolve the oxidized sebum and dead skin that form blackheads, and prevents new ones from forming. Results take a few weeks of consistent use, but the difference is noticeable.
